I love these free weights. I hate the gym and prefer to workout at home doing functional strength training and HIIT exercises. Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of storage in my home (or the right kind of storage) and so I was having issue managing the accumulation of weights. This solves the problem and not only lessens the amount of clutter overall but when doing exercises I also don’t have to have a bunch of dumbbells all over the place anymore.

Excellent set of adjustable dumbbells. The twist and lock feature is super convenient! Most other adjustable dumbbells are super long/bulky regardless of what weight is attached; these are only as bulky as the weight selected which makes so much more sense and makes working out a breeze. The “rests” or “stands” for the dumbbells are excellent quality (most others are only plastic and crack easily) and will surely last. Not one bad thing to say about this set. Would 100% recommend. Very user friendly and aesthetic too.

This a great set. These are really cool. They are very easy to switch when you want to adjust the weight you will be lifting. They will give you a work out just as if you had multiple dumbbells. Now you dont have to have so many dumbbells sitting around the house. These will give you a great work out and also give you more space, who could ask for more.

These are extremely nice adjustable dumbbells. The action, changing weight, is very smooth and sure, the ends are flat, they are relatively compact, look nice and modern, but it's those small weight jumps that are a true, stand out feature.
While I've been enjoying these for bicep and triceps work, they really shine when it comes to hitting the delts. I like to do very controlled delt raises, not just flying the weights up and out, which means using less weight, for those, and climbing/dropping in smaller increments. These dumbbells are perfect for that.
These are a very nice set of dumbbells, the build quality is excellent, and the small jumps are a great, somewhat unusual, feature. Highly recommended.

These dumbbells are very easy to adjust the weight. Just twist the handle until the desired weight is displayed and lift...super easy. I really like how nice they look...very shiny. They store conveniently in their cradles. I am very happy with them...they are definitely worth the price!

These are great! I love how compact they are and easy to switch between the weights. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a large space to workout.
